Headphone hinge part (FDM printing)

I wanted to show what I do, from start to finish. I would have put this model up as free, but alas, it is really only individual for the "HATOR Hyperpunk 3 Hi-Res" headphones.

Purpose: The part was designed from scratch to replace a missing factory mount. The design was based on custom measurements and requirements for strength and mobility.

Design Features:
U-shaped slot for secure attachment tab fixation.
Ball joint for ear pad angle adjustment.
echnical tolerances for a snug yet movable fit.
